Ph.D. ME 2012. Jaeho’s thesis focused on developing electrothermal metrology for thin film materials and understanding thermal and thermoelectric phenomena in nanoelectronic devices such as phase change memory. He worked as a postdoc in Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory with Peidong Yang Group from 2012 to 2015.
