Elah’s thesis included measurements of thermal properties of materials used in phase change memory, high electron mobility transistors, and extreme UV mirrors, using nanosecond and picosecond thermoreflectance. Elah is currently working with the Intel Corporation in Chandler, AZ, developing novel electronics packaging techniques.
