DARPA ICECOOL targets two-phase microfluidic cooling with world record heat fluxes. We will lead a $2 million program with Raytheon as subcontractor with applications to radar chips.We will also subcontract with IBM in a second program addressing 3D integrated circuit cooling. Project Overview
