Daeyoung Kong

Daeyoung is a visiting scholar in Mechanical Engineering at Chung-Ang University, Seoul and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. His research topics are rooted in the study of single/two phase heat transfer in micro pin-fin for 3D IC chips and pool boiling and wicking  evaporation heat transfer of carbon-patterned surface using polyimide film for flexible electronics

Kiwan Kim

Kiwan is a visiting scholar majoring in Mechanical Engineering at Chung-Ang University. His undergraduate research focuses on manifold micro-channel cooling using CFD software and machine learning. He is also interested in pool boiling experiment using copper inverse opal.

Prof. Hyoungsoon Lee

Hyoungsoon joined the faculty at Chung-Ang University in 2016 and is now associate professor. He received his B.S.(2006) in Mechanical Engineering from Korea University, Seoul, Korea, and completed his M.S.(2011) and Ph.D.(2014) in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
