ITHERM 2012
The Goodson Group presented an unprecendented 11 papers at ITHERM 2012 in San Diego, CA, May 29 - June 1, 2012. Michael Barako, Yuan Gao, Amy Marconnet, Mehdi Asheghi, and Kenneth Goodson received an Outstanding Paper Award for their paper "Solder‐Bonded Carbon Nanotube Thermal Interface Materials". Recent group alum, Milnes David, and his team from IBM also won an Outstanding Paper Award.
